I'm pondering a build based around a Blue Pig (though not ruled out a BFe yet!) and will probably plump for Formula RX brakes. Does anyone know how the rear brake cable routing will work with this combo? I've seen some Pig builds where the rear brake cable has had to be routed via the downtube, but this looks pig ugly (ho ho!) to me. If I recall correctly was due to a specific shimano/caliper...just wondering if the Formula RX brakes would necessitate downtube routing?

Ta,
Rusty

Formula RX seem to have a "banjo" where the hose leaves the caliper body, so you can run them on the seatstays rather than down the downtube.

some of the neatest cable routing on a bike are the Ragley clips
a little bit of a fiddle but when done great.
