Cool Video, Spaniels ROCK!

I just wish mine was well enough to run along with me on the bike, he's still not right and has a permanent limp on his right leg!

Just spent another £2k getting his left leg repaired again after he broke the screw that runs through his elbow!

Vets given me a not saying he's well enough to use for working, but using him for beating isn't as hard on him as running with us on the bikes!

Sorry to here that pepper. Got my dali from a rescue when he was 8mht last owners had beaten him. He had never been on a lead it's been hard going but he is good now. Still needs to grow up he is 2yrs and loves running next to the bike.

I just love watching dogs run . Why people use those bloody extending dog leads is beyond me. Let them GO!

Thats awesome! what camera / mount you using? whats the music?

our collie loves to bike with us - she is post injury now and up to 3 hrs no problem top speed now down to 24mph ! We used to do 8 hrs no bother - been up all the hills in quantocks / exmoor / cheddar / lakes and wales and a fair few in scotland!

As soon as she gets her bright yellow coat on - its game on with high pitched yips all round....

dogs are great....

I've just started my Vizsla on hillwalking, she's done ten Munros so far over two day trips, but I'm looking forward to getting her out biking soon. She'll do a couple of miles on an estate road when I'm riding my CX, but the task ahead of me is training her to avoid the front wheel and to stop jumping up when another dog comes along...

Great runner though - I met someone in Chamonix who took his out for 20 miles at a time so hopefully mine will do the same.

Cool video.

I take my Springer Spaniel biking quite often but my crap helmet cam isn't good enough to film it. He can do 30miles but I usually keep it to less than 20. You have to be especially careful in the warm weather to avoid heatstroke. He would run to exhaustion if I didn't rest him and let him get in the river.

The Alsatian that chased me all the way through Reddish Vale this morning wasn't cool 🙁

Though I think he just wanted to make friends but decided not to stop and find out.
