Has anyone used BikeInn's return process?
They have some shoes at an attractive price, but I'm not sure on sizing so might want to return them.
I used SwimInn recently, they do a returns label but it is expensive, like £12ish.
They were quick at getting my order to me.
But I returned something to them on the 18th of June using the return label they provided, and I'm still awaiting a refund.
I wouldn't mind a delay usually but it was an expensive shock and they sent me the wrong size!
I returned some bibs that didn't fit and it took aaaaggggeeesss....
yep, takes ages. They sent me one wrong item, and the shoes I bought were the wrong size. As they were in the wrong, return shipping was free.
From postage to refund in my account took 5 weeks. Good comms etc throughout, so no worries, but not the best if you are trying stuff for size I would wager.
I never knew they went away!
Takes ages to refund and expensive with no option to return via a different route.
As above but with RunnerInn...sent some arm warmers back after stitching failed first time out, they refunded without question but it took ages...
