Seeing as how most bikeshop threads slate the shop in question, i thought i would add a post to the opposite.
Thanks to Rob at BikeActive for his extensive after sales service in chasing up my warranty frame (we all know how slow importers / distributers can be when it comes to warranties).
I have not met the guy or even been to the shop but he has been a star!

I ride with Rob now and then, he is a nice bloke.
Should buy a bike from him one day really.
