Hi,
has anyone built there own trailer for carrying there bikes in instead of a bike rack or in the back of the car? ive got 4 weeks off for Christmas and need something to pass the time any pics or details would be good

Made something like this onto an old trailer base to take 8 bikes.
Might struggle to make it for that price!!
Indespension used to do a book of plans for different types of trailers, with measurements and tube sizes etc. Used the plans loosely to build a kart trailer, well worth a go.

I think Pied de Fromage (or however you spell it) has something for bike transport - bike trailer but I think it was homemade by a neighbour - I've seen a pic of it somewhere and it looks rather neat...

Would be nice to have something like this built onto a normal trailer, waterproofed to carry all the gear/bags etc.
