Can anyone recommend a bike shop in the Bath area where I can go today and buy an Avid bleed kit that will not charge a small fortune?

Thanks in advance.

What have you been asked for so far?

I have never seen these kits cheap anywhere. And where are you?

Just make your own. Hose from aquarium shop, syringes from chemists, hose barb thing from engineering supplies eg cotswold engineering clicky

I'm in Bradford on Avon. Been to the LBS but no joy. I realise they are a rip off to buy but just need the convenience. £33 is roughly the cheapest you can get them for off the web.

No joy with the lads at Cadence unfortunately. Looks like a little patience and an internet order and a trip to the Royal Mail sorting office it is then!

Of interest I popped into Cadence yesterday for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. Owned/ran by ex Johns bikes guy. They seem to stock some nice bits and have a Yeti demo bike as well as some exotica like titus and ibis. Look forward to spending some money there at some point.

Thanks very much for the offer awh, I have just ordered one online and have no real urgency to bleed my brakes today, just preventative maintenance before a trip to the Alps in a few weeks.
