Is there a really good one? We want to have it done up ready for the Spring. Ideas are needed. Can you post pics of your LBS so I can see what works and what doesn't? Yes, I am bored a bit ๐Ÿ˜‰

You should look at the work done by Jay Townley in the US. The ACT used to sell his e-book on how to develop your bike shop. Check with them.

A biggie for me is a place for customers to put their bikes when they visit without getting in the way of the shop.

This is a very spacious and nice shop, free parking and right next door to Tesco, so the wife can get the shopping while you talk bikes.

Between liverpool and Southport, just off the the main road.

Counter by the door so you can say Hi to people when they come in. Big comfy sofa by the clothes racks plus decent coffee machine (vending, were not freeloaders :))
