I'm having a brick Bike Shed/ Man Shed built and I'm looking into Security Doors. One Door that appeals to me is this one from AJSteeldoors. I've spoken to them and they seem really helpful. Has anyone else had any experience with these doors/ company? ๐
can't help but added to my favourites - looks a good product if lives up to spec
co' seems pretty upfront with phone numbers/address etc
have you condsidered a roller shutter, had one fitted last year.
Make sure you get an outward opening one
Its the shonky brickwork I'd be worried about - I've heard that brickie you've got is not what he used to be.....

I thought that too but it's to late now i've committed. What worries me more is all the dodgy brickies that will be floating around the south having been taught by him!! ๐
used to fit an earlier version of this door a few years back and whilst the door itself was fine the fact that there are only three fixings on each side let it down.
the door frame will probably be made to size for your opening but you may have to have a fillet piece down each side to cover the gaps, these are just rivetted on and can be pulled off exposing the fixings to the wall!!
just check what size the frame is without fillet pieces.
looks like a good door. Make sure its properly attached to the building and put a bump and pick proof lock on it.
Tea leaves are going to look for the weakest point, that door will make them check out the roof, maybe the wall but you have to stop somewhere.
