After a bike rack for our new van, needs to be (semi?) permanent and allow one door to open without removal of bikes.
Any ideas?

Not sure if it helps but I got one made for the inside of the van. But maybe you don't have the room inside for that!

Just fitted a Fiamma this morning - bit fiddly but seems robust - will report back if the bikes fall off this weekend...
Double door van Robbo? Can you open them with the bikes still on?
Yep, double door is fine, the door seems strong enough to hold when open. Only issue is the height as the rack is high so the lights shoe be careful of height restrictions in car parks just like a roof rack.
Vanman , do you have any photos of your internal bike rack? I'm interested in something for the inside of my van.
