Will find myself at a loose end in Lisbon in a few weeks. Will have a sunday afternoon to myself. Any recommendations for good rides / places to hire bikes. Not after anything crazy, just an xc spin ideally. Last time I was in Lisbon traffic was crazy so want to aviod roads!

Google suggests Monsanto park has good trails. Anyone ridden there?
