Anybody sent anything back? My Reverb appears to be leaking air so they've asked for it to be sent back. They've quoted around three weeks. Anybody got any experience with them?

I've not had to send anything back but I'm sure they will be fine.
For what its worth 3 weeks sounds about right for a Reverb warranty claim. That's how long it took CRC to sort out my Reverb warranty from the date I sent the first email to the new Reverb arriving at my door. They replaced a 2011 silver collar model with a 2012 black collar model and even threw in a new bleed kit which I didn't get with the original one. Hopefully Bike-Discount.de will be as pain free.
