Maybe. Normally 3-4 days though. I've not tried any of their express options.

For me it has always taken at least 3 working days. If i ordered today i would expect it Monday of Tuesday.

Pretty quick normally.

But Thursday this week is a public holiday in Germany, so might not get processed until Friday, or if it ships tonight, could get stuck in DHL warehouse for 24hrs if you're unlucky.

they are quick to get it ready for collection, but its DPD who are slow, last 2 orders in the last 10 days have been 5/6 days (24 hours from order to being collected, then 4 days sat in DPD depot in Holland or Germany, when it arrives in the UK its usually delivered within 24 hours)

I've generally counted on it taking a week

I've had it between 2-5 days usually. Ordered a set of brakes Saturday, arrived Tuesday. Ordered a chain and some cables on Saturday, arrived Thursday.

Dear customer,

Your order is now packed. At this point a change or cancellation of your order is no longer possible.
Next the parcel will be handed over to the parcel service you selected.
You should receive an email with tracking information later on today.

wow!

Fast deliveries but a current return is foxing them. A light, faulty and also dim, want refund. They sent a new one. Sent teplacement back. They say its being sent to mfr, phoned them, language issues, hmm now waiting for a refund before I trust them with another largeish order.

Odd.

I had a return with them, dropped it at the Hermes parcel shop, they got it back the next morning, and the money was refunded within about 10 minutes of the tracking service saying it was delivered back to them. But then when all of the oil that should be in a shock was in the packaging, it's not going to be a disputable return.

No language issues either.

I ordered some brakes on June 4th and they were delivered to me on the morning of June 12...considering I live in Vancouver that's pretty impressive as that time includes clearing Canadian customs.

Depending on what carrier you've chosen, don't expect the email conf to mean a great deal.

I bought a chainring from them two Sundays ago, got the automated email a few hours after and then a DPD one the Monday. Took until the following Monday (yesterday) to turn up.

Not a major headache but not a quick service.

Order came with DHL pretty speedily. Dealt very efficiently with faulty item I had to return (prompt email/ easy, direct line phone calls). Replacement arrived fast & they refunded original carriage charge. Pretty good I'd say.

I had a couple of issues until I downloaded the DPD app. My next experience was perfect!
