No dogs I'm afraid. Not the organisers decision, it's the policy of Avon Tyrell who own the land.

IIRC it's a kids activity centre (please correct if wrong) so they obvious safety/ hygiene concerns.

I suspected as much. Anyone recommend a boarding kennel in the area?

As said no dog's I'm afraid.
Google shows several kennels within a 30 min drive.

I contacted the camp site to see if they were aware of any localy and they couldn't help, I do remember that I found that there is one about a mile or 2 away although can't remember what it was called. I'm boarding ours at home rather than bring her down in the car

Muke - no, he's just going to go into his regular kennel near home.

Rocketdog - tempted by that, the damn mutt is going thru a rather tiresome barking phase!

local kennels full! Not looking good

Same problem for us and the fact he has added kitchen units to his diet plan is not helping with finding a suitable dog sitter.

Ah the variable diet! Monty has taken to digging and eating mud and rocks. Stupid mutt! We've not been able to find kennels locally and with no family near by and him being too bouncy to inflict on a non family dog sitter it's scuppered our bigbikebash plans. We will definitely be here next year tho ๐Ÿ™

Hi Guys - sorry about the no dogs policy. It is beyond my control.

I am trying to find a llama for the weekend just to wind them up but this guy doesn't deliver to the New Forest

Totally understand mate, my own fault for not planning ahead properly. Apparently now is a popular time for people to go on holiday - how was I supposed to know that!!

singletrack - ME. Do you want cash?

I pay for everything and then just claim back from any money we make. That way we necver risk the chjarity money, just mine.

Crocs in a fishing lake? I guess if we can have otters then crocs should be okay.
