Had a problem with my Lumenator and sent it off for Mark to have a look at.
He's sorted it in double quick time and not even asked for any payment.
Good service should be rewarded with good karma, so thanks again Mark and Happy Christmas!

His service is fantastic, sorted me out for free when it was entirely my fault. Long may he continue.

One of my Lumenator Batteries was playing up. I was going to buy another, but Mark asked me to send him the old one back, fixed it and sent me it back. Wouldn't take payment. He's a top man!

Had great service as well - battery lead fixed free of charge with a very quick turnaround.

Marks a top bloke. Fixed my V2 MXL light in exchange for a donation to the air ambulance.

yes well.....simple instructions are sometimes the hardest to follow.

Twice he's got something wrong for me, both times I was made to feel its my fault! Yes his batteries are good but he's probably just too busy now.

New battery for me when mine wouldn't hold charge after being stored over the summer. No quibbles about whether I'd stored it correctly with an adequate charge, etc, he simply replaced it. Top service

Whilst everyone is feeling the love for Mark, I also had a battery lead fault and was going to buy another but Mark had it back, repaired it at no cost to me.
Good service deserves good publicity and feedback.

Mark did the same with my Lumen 800 - even though I'd smacked the battery off a tree.

Top marks!
