[#349105]

I took a canaan rocker arm up to them to have a broken bearing removed, The lad in the shop filled in a ticket with exactly what i wanted and new bearing sizes etc ...all seemed fine ...
Decided yesterday afternoon to take the 90 mile drive to find out what was going on as i hadnt heard anything from them ,and when i got there they had done a job on the arm , just not the job i asked for !! they had changed 2 bearings in the wrong pivot ,which were already new ones and left the broken ones in the other pivot only 6 inchs away !!!!
spoke to the Muppet in the workshop that did the job and asked why he changed the new bearing and not the broken ones ..... answer was " I didnt see the broken one " .... surely thats what the tickets for ???
They then had the cheek to say "we wont charge you for the extra bearings we fitted" ........ ****ing right you wont...
Finally got the job done, but with paint chips around the bearings that didnt need doing ,...... i really not impressed with the workshop Muppet that did the job ...... Be Warned
Rant over

If you want a job done well, do it yourself! 🙄

Why didn't you just call them rather than do a 90 mile (one way???) drive?

I'll never use them again, they had my frame for 4 months fitting a new bottom bracket sleeve. Phoned up umpteen times to told various things and i wasn't happy with job when it came back.

Funny that. I was going to order a set of bearings from them the other night but not after I saw the postage was £7 - rip off
