So what's the best bet for posting a frame? I was looking at RM's first class delivery option but wondering if there are better / cheaper alternatives?

I've used senditnow.com which is just a cheaper way of doing parcel farce. They come to you rather than having to go to the post office to

Yep I use send it now every time. Their next day is usually cheaper than parcel force 48hr service. (they use parcel force so you get fully insured tracking too).
