Any recommendations for cheap and efficient?

I posted one royal mail a few years back but really struggled with the size restrictions.

I own a full size card board box my latest steed came in fully assembled, but would need it couriering from my door...

Would it be cheaper and esier to send it dissasembled?

Cheers all

I've always used Parcel Force. Never had an issue with them. Pack it and label it well.

I sent a pair of forks last week by parcelforce but was slightly nervous reading shockgate whilst they were still in the system. Assuming the bike is not fully rigid I'd want some sort of reassurance this is going to be ok before I let go of it whoever I chose.
