Need 4x caliper bolts for M9000 brakes

Neither caliper uses an adaptor

Could do with 2x for the levers as well

Where's the best place for decent quality ones?

Get all my Ti bolts here ➡ http://www.pro-bolt.com/
Very good quality, good enough for MotoGp 😉

Uberbike ones seem reasonable so far and far kinder on the wallet than some suppliers.

Pro bolt are good quite £££ though. Aluminium for the levers perhaps?

Dunno if they're the best, but RaceTi are a bit cheaper: http://www.raceti.co.uk/titanium-taper-head-bolts-13-c.asp

Just bought some M9020 brakes and they came with ti caliper bolts in the box.
Otherwise Pro-bolt, pricey but good quality i.e actually have a 5mm Allen head rather than 5.5mm like some others I've bought elsewhere.

Seemed heavy when I pulled them from the box - OEM though these from CRC

Will weigh them tomorrow

The Mt Zoom ones on XC racer have been perfect for me from a few years.

I use Toronto Cycles for everything. Pro-Bolt may be *better* but they're significantly more expensive and the bolts from Toronto Cycles have been going strong for coming up to 10 years now.... [rushes off to replace them 😀 ] I have a bad habit for ordering a huge box of stuff from them as it a bit like Ikea- ooooh cheap, I definitely need 5 of them 😳

Why's pro-bolt better?

No idea in the real world but they are always supposed to be *better*. Since the Toronto Cycles ones do the job perfectly I've never really looked in to justifying anything more expensive

Only thing I've found with Toronto cycles is the colours can be a bit dodgy. Stick with 'natural' and they're great though!

Tried Superstar Ti disc bolts many moons ago. Made of cheese, and the threads are very poor quality. ProBolt are over the top Tbf but are a quality item with rolled threads. Not seen Toronto Cycle before will have a look.

Tibolts.co.uk is/was Superstar, and the ones I had years ago were utter shit - distorted and shallow heads being the biggest issue. Would use Toronto Cycles instead.

Ask Hope what Ti bolts they provide with their Special Edition range of brakesets (M5s for calipers, M4s for levers). The quality is excellent.

Half the weight of steel.

take one bolt out, do the other up mega tight, hey presto, half the weight saved at no cost.

alternatively, blow your nose before riding for a similar weight loss

😆

Corrosion resistance without the cheese-like quality of alloy bolts is maybe a better reason. Or, they look better longer as I'm a bike tart.
