Just bought a second hand bike off eBay and the BB is shot. I have lots of normal BBs and would like to use one of them.
Have seen a bit on CRC for £13 which just pushes in and off you go. Is it a shop job to push it in, does it need gluing?

Might cost a bit more than the CRC one though...

i've had two bikes done with the FSA one, one was straight forward and the cannondale had to have a bit shaved off to fit inside..

I've used the FSA adapter too, works great, comes with glue (similar to threadlock) but it's a tight fit anyway, may not come out again!
