I have an insurance payment on the way that will mean I have around 1000 for a bike from Wheelies or Evans for my wife. She will do mostly local rides in parks, tow paths and the odd trip out with me for more involved riding.
I'm thinking a 29 hardtail WSD is they way to go although I have the option for cash if anyone has spotted something cool for a grand anywhere?
