Putting together a cheap rigid inbred build and need wheels.

Found these 2 options, anyone have any experience of the on-one wheelset? The hubs have cup and cone bearings which have advantages and disadvantages but I have no experince of those rims.

The superstar hubs are pretty good in my experience but again i have no experience of those rims (though I had some other superstarr rims and they were fine). I can get a wheelbuilder mate to check the build on the superstar wheels before riding them...

Any other options?

Charge Saucer on ebay for £120
And Merlin are doing the MT55 wheels for £125
(but no adaptors - if you want 6-bolt)

If the OP doesn't want those wheels I'll take 'em off your hands. In pretty serious need of a new set of wheels atm.

Let me know what's what... 🙂 And PayPal ok for payment?

Cheers
P

Boloclips...

Again, not wanting to step on the OPs toes with regard to what he's looking for. As above though, I'm v interested - dependent on whether you want to wait for the OP to respond yay or neigh. Basically trying to get something sorted today as I have a dead rear wheel stopping me commuting.

Are both QR? 135mm rear? And 6 bolt disk compatible?

Cheers
p

Lovewookie...

Looking for both - sorry! ATM not at all convinced the front isn't going to go the way of the back (Crappy Commencal hubs committing suicide after approx 1500 miles)
