Hello,
Weather looks good tomorrow and I'm currently near Abefoyle. I was thinking to do Ben Lomond but I'm unsure to go up and down the main path , or go up West Side and going down east side. Does it matter as I will still to push bike whatever option.

We did up and down the main path, but this was a good few years ago. Can't remember what the other paths were like, sure someone else will be able to expand.

32 years since I did it but recall that a fair bit if the main path is rideable up, so I'd be tempted to go that way.

Main path. But go early or late to avoid the walkers....
IiiRc the Strava time is something silly like 18mins from summit to carpark.
