Just found this and never ridden it - look like a good trail - anyone got a map ref?

best approached from the fire road/path junction to the top of that map. there's also a short piece of BW worth doing towards the village from the same junction ( bisects the forest E/W ). You can ride the rock garden, rattle back up the fire road, then drop into the village and come out near the YH. better done in a group, as there are two gates along it's length, so send riders ahead to hold them open.
you can gain the raock garden from laughter tor side but it's a bit of a long grass trog. not too bad if it fits your route though.
