Mine worked yesterday. Are you using the December one, or the Jan? Both come up on the dashboard. And remember the minimum spend too.

I've had an issue where if you edit the basket after applying the discount code it won't work when you re-apply. I contacted customer services and they issued a refund for the difference after processing the order. It wasn't as much faff as it sounds

Hardly worth bothering with these days, only £10 off a £150+ basket, may as well create another customer account for £10 off or spend £75+ on clearance items to get £10 off.
