BB30 help please.

I've never come across BB30 before. I've heard of it but never bothered with it as never needed too.

Now though I'm looking at a new frame that has BB30 on it and I don't want to have to change cranks. I'm currently running an XT hollowtech triple at the front. What Bottom bracket will I need to fit and also the frame takes a direct mount front mech, I've seen some SLX's which are fine but not sure which one to get, some help on that would also be good.

Thanks in advance for help, I've looked and now found myself a bit confused to be honest.

I think you can just get an adpater and run 'standard' HT11 BB's if you'd rather?

If going the adapter route, the FSA one is the best i have come across.
