Hi all, just built up a stage 6. I was under the impression that I could use a non boost crankset on this. I have the sram x1 1000 crankset from my 2015 spesh enduro. I havefitted a hope bb to the orange, adding one spacer on drive side as per instructions. I've cone to put the crankset in and it barely sticks out on the drive side? Certainly not enough to get a decent fix on with the drivesude crank. What is going on here??

BB30/PF30 cranks are designed to work with a narrower 68mm BB shell where the bearings press inside the shell - sounds like your frame has a regular BSA BB shell with screw-in BB cups - you may be able to fit a longer spindle to your crank, or go for something like a RF Turbine which is available with different spindle lengths.

Yep, realised the error if my ways. Spesh is a 73 mm bb shell, which is what I looked at, but if course there are no external cups to add, so my current crankset won't fit my new orange. Another purchase to be made then!!
