Which ones have you used and which ones do you recommend.
I've tried using an adaptor and using the iscg mount ones but no matter which I get it fouls my chainline so i'm looking at BB mounted option instead.
My other option is to get rid of current frame (ns surge) and buy something with iscg built into the frame.

I bought an MRP Type 3 from a mate a while back and have used a copy of this type in the past and they've both been ace. Having a roller at the top makes it easy to set up by comparison to a longer guide as many other setups use.
They come up on ebay in decent nick for under 50 quid.
