Am away in Bath for the weekend and staying at the Marina Campsite, and looking for some good riding. I have a route around the Uni which is about 20k and was thinking of also heading out towards the racecourse, up to the motorway.
There is some bridleway, and some other paths - does anyone have any knowledge of what the riding is like on that side of Bath? How accessible is it, as given the contour lines it's looking promising?

Lots of potential to drop out of Upton Cheyney or Northstoke down to Bitton or Swineford and pick up the old Railway Path back to the Marina (it's right next door).
