I fitted a new 12 speed GRX groupset this week and after bleeding the brakes the the hoods are all loose & baggy.

I feel like heat shrinking them!!

Is there away to snug them up?

If they are new, they will gradually get back to original shapeย

You can buy replacements cheaply. I've got a set ready to put on (no tools required) but, as above, they appear to have sorted themselves out.ย

I need to replace mine (105 7020). One of them is very baggy after being rolled back to refit a hose.ย

I think I've seen people recommend using hot water when fitting them so perhaps it might help tighten them back up a bit

They do go baggy over time and the only fix is to replace them. It's a bit inconvenient if it happens mid trip but a monster cable tie sorts it out until you can get new ones.

Spilling mineral oil on them makes them go irreversibly baggy IME.
