Hello all.

Does anyone here still use Ayups or even have some lying dormant in a shed?

I'm looking for some bits and pieces, not least a light unit.

I do. I have an entire kit in ‘like new’ condition.

Do you want to buy the whole thing to supplement whatever it is you’re looking for?

Cheap. Only £300. 😉

More seriously, I’d prefer not to split it, but I won’t be using it again, so if you want it DM me.

I've got a twin set...thought they reigned in their market to australia or something and stopped supporting/shipping to the UK, that was a good few years ago though...

Just clicked ayup.cc thinking that would be them...what is that website all about!

Yeah. They have limited what comes to us now.

Since Brexit they have stopped shipping batteries to the UK! Something to do with the couriers into the UK.

Still use mine for dog walking and work, but not on the bike anymore.

Wondered if they might come back now we have that fantastic post Brexit trade deal with Australia.

I have one on my bars all year round.

The helmet one goes on for winter only.

Seven old batteries that get charged every 3 months and still work really well.

Every day. I have my first set on a head torch unit I use for dog walking. I have over the years added items and have a 3d printed mount on the underside of my out front Garmin mount.

I have never thrown a dead battery away yet. I had one cable wear through, but the rest are still in use.

winter bike rides, commuting, diy, gardening, dog walking. Best lights I have ever bought and the only ones in what must be 15 years plus.

That's neat @bfw i'd like an alternative to the rubber band things that I break/lose. I don't have Go-Pro mounts though.

I have a set of lamp units sitting unused on my desk.

Happy to post them if you will use them. Message me if so.
