Was shifting fine, I put new wheels and cassette on and now it's one gear out. Will go off the top of first gear and I can't shift into smallest sprocket on cassette? Any ideas on how to adjust it?
You may need to tweak the high/low limit screws.

But first check that the cassette is installed correctly and there isn't a stray spacer behind it.
Sounds like you need to reset the mech settings as if it is dropping off first then the limit screw needs tweaking, which likely means the other limit screw also needs adjusted.
Some hubs are slightly different spacing with the cassette on, so I'd look at getting both sets set up the same by buying a set of varying width spacers - assuming you swap between wheel sets. If not, then adjust the limit screws to the new cassette and reset the indexing (however it's done on electronic stuff).
I bought a pack of spacers to get two MTB and CX wheelsets exactly the same for cassette spacing - easy swap and no re-indexing.
