Hope I mean. Cracked freehub body was sent off to them on saturday afternoon. Tuesday I get home to find a brand new freehub body including seals, pawls, springs and seal waiting for me. Not only is their customer service second to none, It's fast too!

Play nice. Everyone's kit breaks at some point. These guys just do a really good job of putting it right if it does.
Gear that fails too frequently (IME) backed up by legendary support.
I prefer gear that is more reliable but that's just me.
8 hope wheel sets in about 15 years and other than bearings, that's the only failure. I sold my very first set when I moved to discs but I've got hope hubs still going strong after 12/13 years. When it does fail, It's sorted by return, no questions asked. IME, very reliable.

Owned 4 or 5 of their wheelsets and a coukle of headsets.
Never had anything fail, but they've always been really nice, patient and helpful when I've called up to ask questions about compatibility.
