[#3942965]

i've noticed some cheap SRAM shifters (X9 trigger) that don't come with mount clamps. (was thinking of changing from Shimano as mine are worn out and i prefer SRAM's action).

looking at matchmaker, there are two styles, the newer hinged is for newer Elixir brakes:

the old two-bolt design is for older Elixirs like i have.

fine

but do all the X7/X9/X0 trigger shifters (9 or 10 speed) from last few years fit both kinds of matchmaker? or are the shifters specific to each kind of matchmaker too? hard to tell.. some shifters seem to have two holes in the mount which is weird.

btw how SRAM think its ok to RRP these at £25 i don't know.

should fit both no problems.

the two holes on the shifters are for adjustabilty you depending on brake position
