As title really, avid elixir 5s with a 200 up front and a 180 at the back, the front is driving me mad..
Tried copperslip on the back of the pads, anything else I can do apart from new G3 rotors?

Try using the 'Hope' method of aligning the caliper, rather than the loosen-squeeze-tighten method that Avid recommend. Videos in the tech section of Hope's site. Also see the video that explains piston balance/operation.
I'd also suggest that you remove the gunk from the back of your pads. If any of that makes its way onto the rotor it'll kill the pad compound.
