[Closed] Attaching panniers to a FS bike

Is this possible? How would I, or how do I check that I can? Or other options to transport stuff using an FS frame? Travelling light, but need more than just a bar bag. Thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

Though that one looks like it limits the travel, can't be sure though. It belongs to officerfriendly of this parish, but I think he may have flounched off somewhere else, as we were a bit grown up for him.

Thule Pack n Pedal rates quite highly - http://www.thule.com/en/gb/products/luggage-and-bags/bike-bags-and-racks/racks. It attaches to the seat stays (and/or front fork!) and works for FS bikes
