Anyone any experience of using Atlantic Boulevard in Bury for frame restoration/repairs? I have an old Claude Butler frame that I want restoring and they seem to be the closest.

Yes, for my 853 custom road frame. You very much get what you pay for!

Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Are they cheap/expensive/reliable/not worth bothering with?

A good thing. I don't think that they are expensive but they aren't cheap either!
