I'll be 50 at the end of the year and I've finally found [url= http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/watch/5-tips-for-learning-to-ride-a-bike ]a skills course I can cope with[/url]!
Seriously though, it's great to see cycling promoted to families and the X-Box generation. We have a couple of nature reserves local to us that we cycle through regularly and there and quite often come across families with kiddies starting out on their bikes.
