Thinking of buying a pair, but would like to know before I do...
I've been told (here and elsewhere) that they are cooler than 'other' pads like 661 kyle straights. This is a big deal over here, cos the summers are cooking! Anyone care to verify the coolness or otherwise (temperature I mean - not fashionwise!)
Secondly, according to their sizing charts, I'm right in the middle of medium and large. Do they stretch a bit after being worn? With no straps to adjust, this could be a show stopper if I buy large and they end up round my ankles after a couple of rides...

Heard on the grapevine there are some new TLD knee pads on their way. Supposed to be very good shape and comfortable - not crazy prices either. Might be worth waiting a few weeks until 2012 stuff starts to appear??
So long as its only a few weeks, I guess I could curb my impulse to buy...Troy Lee are out of stock at CRC at the moment anyway!
