Just wondering how you found it. Pondering keeping cash in the bank and getting the interest for a year rather than shelling out in one go.
the way interest rates are these days, you'd be as well as spending the cash now. Companies usually charge an arrangement fee these days so check this out before you sign up - it can be as high as £25!
I've just done one through Wiggle (£25 admin charge), did one through CRC last year. I think they both use V12 / Clode Retail Finance who I have to say I have found to be the most ethical and efficient finance company I've ever dealt with. All their documents have been very clear, they've processed returned paperwork within hours of receiving it, they sent me a letter about a month before I needed to clear the balance (none of this hoping you'll forget dodgy business). Paid the balance off over the phone, picked up after two rings and I reckon their call centre is in South Wales where they are based. Finally after paying it off I got a nice clear letter stating the account was cleared. Excellent service. So apart from the admin fee which is quite common I would recommend it.
Cheers chaps.
What are you buying now Greg? I thought you were trimming the bike fleet for the time being, or is was that to make room for another?
;o)
Eh? Admin fee? Tell them to **** off. Blackhorse do 0% and you dont pay an admin fee- although the selling LBS does get a sliding scale bonus for selling the 0% scheme. On my frame I think it was £50 to the shop for selling it from BlackHorse.
Hoping to off-load the CX Nick, not getting any use and it is hard on my back so looking at a geared HT for general use to save the Titus for weekends etc.
