Just wondering if the problem is me using a phone to place an order, or is there some other reason why out won't accept my postcode.is there a work around?
Have ordered online and worked no problem. Fast, cheap and a free bowl! 😆
I had a problem with my AmEx card when I ordered online from them, it wouldn't go through although I knew I wasn't maxxed out and AmEx said they hadn't refused it, but when I changed to MasterCard sorted. And I got a free cereal bowl. Pretty quick service too despite coming from Germany. Only a couple of days IIRC.
Might wait till I get home and have a computer rather than a phone to place am order
worth noting the accepted my visa debit as a visa credit card (I don't own a CC), no problem with my order & got the free bowl. Though as I picked an incorrect item I had to return it, they allow you print off a free returns stick (I'd emailed to say I'd pay for delivery as it was my mistake) and had the replacement item back to me in a couple of days, very impressed/great service.
The free bowl is a nice touch isn't it. And only a day slower to deliver than CRC.
