I'm thinking of building a bike around Black Floyd tyres, anyone got a pair? How do they role compared to Endo's?
Faster. Smooooth ride.

Not fun on slimy stuff. But that's not what the tyre is for - I was just trying it to see how it went on that stuff.

Good cargo bike tyre? ๐
I think it would be.
I wanted a tyre I could ride comfortably on tarmac and dirt roads. For comparison I have been riding a 29er with Big Apples for this job. I haven't put enough mileage on the Floyds to have a definite opinion yet. (The Floyds are off the bike for winter).
The aim is to see if I could use on a fatbike for all purposes and cut down on my bike collection.
That's my intention, my current commuter is a 1X1 with Hookworms.......
I just got me a set of these on Ebay. Going to be interesting to see how these work on sand. A lot of the beaches up here need to be linked to sections of road to make a good loop. Also think these will be ace for summer touring mode.
