Just seen two young gentleman, early teens at a guess, on bikes - one a yellow (or possibly lime green) Canyon - around the Longtown Road area near the big Renault dealership, about 4am. They scarpered off towards Pitkerro Road when they saw I'd clocked them and the bikes, so gut instinct is that they were dirty, stinking thieves.
