Buy some Galvanized conduit make your own.

Using T's and tube should be an easy job to make yourself, could probably do it using 22mm compression fittings. I take it its for standing bikes up in back of car/van.
I used a short piece of this

BTW That's Unistrut, available most electrical wholesalers fairly cheap.

I have an origin8 bike block, similar thing but has screw in adaptors for 15&20mm forks and Qr's.

rj - given that a front hub is 100mm, the dropout width will be ~110mm I reckon.

No, just a recommendation. I looked at making one but wanted to be able to use it with 15 and 20mm forks, I drilled some holes in my Berlingo floor and just bolted it in, I'm going to get another some time.

Actually, I might have a couple of similar bits at home...made some for a mate's rack a couple of years ago.

Got some 21mm ID tubing and steel plate here, make another nice project for me if you're not in too much of a hurry as i'm a bit tied up for the next week or so.

??? how can your forks be wider than the hub!?

Anyway,
20mm forks/hubs are 110mm width
15mm forks/hubs (and qr forks) are 100mm width.
