Might have an opportunity to relocate to near Denbigh. Proximity to Snowdonia is a definite attraction, as is the average rent (from a quick look on Rightmove), but that's for a reason right?
Any advice/opinions on the area in general and local riding (to keep the question on topic 😉 ) would be appreciated - thanks in advance.

Cracking spot to be based, I'm in Flintshire and can ride in the Clwyds on a weekend and hardly see any other riders. Second MBNW for lots more knowledge.
