[Closed] anyone ID these Manitou forks?

I have had these forks in the shed for a few years. An ebay buy. Came without original stickers and i never did ID them properly. Anyone recognise 'em? The only original decals say 'Elite TPC lockout 100mm'. I seem to think they maybe are Skarebs or Blacks? They seem pretty ok... but what are they? Thanks.
