Yes, not working for me. I'm now not sure if this morning's ride really happened.

Yes data is not syncing. Can imagine some early Sunday messages are being sent out to disgruntled teccies as we type.

mine is still struggling to upload my ride from this morning. Actually it looks like it's done it now but it's very slow.

Mine uploads but then reports every other cyclist in Bedfordshire is faster than me. Can't get my head round it. Strava support have been no help at all.....

Must be the double digit temperature sending out riders in their millions!

Mine has uploaded, but it seems to have recorded a ride belonging to some slow fat bloke.

Had issues yesterday but thought it was an issue with Garmin as Connect wasn't showing either. Uploaded manually and all fine. Saying that, the other mapping site I use also synced and showed the ride so maybe is something up with Strava.

Same here, this mornings ride is in Connect fine but hasn’t autoloaded to Strava as it normally would. How do I manually load it ?

The distance and average speed of my recent rides don't seem to be anything like those of last year.

I've tried manually loading my ride.
You have to connect your computer to a PC/laptop. To interface and look for manual upload. Choose the fit file for today and that will do it.
Trouble is that is also so slow that it's not worth bothering about.

@iainc you need to export the GPX from garmin connect and then manually upload it to Strava.

I'd noticed that. Put it down to being weak, unfit and having a new phone. But obviously some technical reason why I'm slow would be gratefully received.

Distances seem more or less OK, though.

EDIT: Just noticed that moving time = elapsed time, for some reason on today's ride, even though it's set to autopause. So all my time spent leaning over gates gasping for breath is clearly counting against me now.

The Connect:Strava link should cut in as soon as both systems are up. No need to manually import to Strava (unless you are just impatient).

Not sure about Strava but Garmin connect seems pretty broken at the moment! Been trying to sync my ride for hours.

Strava is going very slow today. On both mobile app and browser. Its definitely Strava as other people are having the problems and other browsing is fine.

Connecting the 520 to the PC then uploading to Strava and there is no issue, all quick and simple for me

Garmin connect is the broken bit as site keeps flashing up about maintenance

So my ride has now linked with Garmin connect but not to Strava. Tried logging in to Garmin connect URL and get an error message up. Looks like Garmin are in a right pickle, which seems standard usually a couple of times a year

Had problems here in Germany, too. Wouldn’t upload and the app wouldn’t open on my iPad and the website wouldn’t open on my browser either. Uploaded eventually three hours later. Seems to be working again now.

My run uploaded to Garmin connect fine but won’t sync to Strava. Wouldn’t normally care but I signed up to some stupid running challenge so want it to count!

Went iffy on me yesterday but I blamed the phone as it managed to turn itself onto aeroplane mode after 2.5 miles & I never knew till I'd done 8.5.

I keep getting data sync fail so it won't populate activities. I'm sure it'll be sorted shortly.
