They've offered me a refund as my Lev has been with them 6 weeks for warranty repair and they don't seem to know how much longer it would take.
Just wondering how long it took them to issue the refund/go in the bank as I need to order a new post elsewhere asap
i returned something on Friday, and was refunded yesterday

Did they receive it Friday? So, just under a week if that's the case? Hopefully have it by the start of the week then as they agreed the refund on Weds.
Yeah, have sent back a couple of things. They were very prompt with refunds, probably within 1 day of the items arriving back with them.

I had a warranty return to them which I expected to be a bit of a fight. The issue disappeared for a while so I sent them a query email, the refund appeared the same day as I received a reply, which obviously could have been a coincidence, or they needed a reminder.
Looks like they are pretty good normally then. Will chase them up later today, thanks chaps 🙂
