If you already have a bike and it's not giving you any problems, don't bother.
Yeah. Got measured up a few years ago before buying a road bike. As I bought the bike in the same store, they refunded the cost of the bike fit.
I ended up with a print out of the fitting which I have used subsequently when buying bikes.
I did fairly recently. Was having knee problems put seat down and the probelm just moved from back to front so went for one. They saw my seat was too low so put it really high.
Back to square 1.
Did pick up some tips but not the miracle I was expecting.
Paul Hewitt really good for road fitting,don't know about mountain. Previously fitted in Southampton by the
Serretto system no good at all for me......put me in tri position when i wanted an audax position!
