My 30.9 Brand X ascend is working perfectly but is a 30.9, frame is 31.6 🙁 the shim is not working well and the post slips so looking for a 31.6mm to swap or buy?
Frame has stealth ports too and mine is external!
Any other solutions - carbon paste? better shims out there?
There's a new 31.6 in the classifieds... £90 🙂
I've a 150 x 31.6 Thomson Covert/stealth dropper. Used but good condition and full working order that is currently surplus to requirements.
USE shims usually good I would combine with carbon paste (or get a 31.6!)
I'll have a new One-up 170mm to sell next week, change of plans (you'd need to use your lever though) if you decide to go down that line. Or the 150 Brand-x that is coming off..
150mm is max on my frame as only 160mm of post out - @rockthreegozy interested in your brand x
