[Closed] Anyone get out for a cheeky cold snap camp/bivi?

Needed to test a Exped mat so thought this weekend would be ideal so after a tour of Ambleside and Grasmere best drinking establishments arrived at camp at 12.30am,never thought riding through the river would be a good idea! 2 hrs of drying out feet and boots with a fire and a hellish wind got to bed late and slept in the following morning. Exped themorest was great just need to save some pennies!

I did some winter Polarises (Polarii) years ago when I had to piss on my rear cassette to free it up if that counts?

Otherwise no, stick ya bivvying in the winter up ya bum!
